Insurance Customer Service Representative Position

Description:

The insurance CSR position provides a valuable connection between policy holders and insurance carriers. Their job is to handle customer queries via telephone, email, and in person relations while providing excellent customer. Insurance experience is not necessary, but applicant must have basic computer knowledge, excellent customer service, and phone answering skills.

Duties:

• Customer relations
• Understand insurance products and coverages
• Answering phones
• Taking payments
• Data collection and entry
• Accessing client accounts, policy schedules, and billing
• Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records, scanning documents, checking voicemails, and sending mailers

Agency Producer Position

Description:

We are looking for an agency producer with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills that can inspire and motivate the team while maintaining a good image of the agency's brand. The agency producer position is responsible for overseeing customer relations as well as organizing, directing, and coordinating the agency resources to optimize success. Insurance experience and/or management experience, and a P&C license is preferred. If applicant is not licensed, it will be required upon hiring. Applicant must have basic computer knowledge, excellent customer service, and phone answering skills.

Duties:

• Licensed Agent in P&C
• Customer relations and conflict resolution strategies.
• Identify sales opportunities for insurance plans and overseeing a portfolio of clients.
• Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients' personal risk profiles.
• Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
• Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
• Respond to clients’  insurance-related questions and issues.
• Have a clear understanding of our agency management systems (Hawksoft, EZLynx, Agency Revolution) as well as ensuring that the agency management systems and      raters are effectively working for the agency.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00 pm with all holidays paid off. Scheduling will be determined on the position and availability of the applicant. Raises are based on performance, motivation, and skill set. The more you know, the more you grow! Health/Dental insurance benefits are offered after 90 days for full time positions.
